We are a Women Empowered Factory, meaning at least 51 percent owned, controlled, or managed by a woman or women. This means women must have majority operational control, a demonstrated management of day-to-day operations, or a substantial investment of capital or expertise within the business.
At P.J. Salvage, the safety of our products & workers throughout our supply chain is a priority.
Within our quality assurance process, we distribute our chemical requirements including our Restricted Substance List (RSL) to all our supply chain partners. We then perform testing and audits to ensure safe practices and chemical use compliance. Our procedures meet or exceed local and international standards such as, but not limited to: AFIRM, CPSIA, CHCC, REACH, and CA Prop 65.
P.J. Salvage is a member of Delta Galil brands. Our social compliance program is based upon our code of conduct and ensures we have a set of standards across our supply chain based on the UN's declaration of Human Rights and ILO principles. This sets important standards for compliance in human trafficking, child labor, wages, and health & safety. We hold all suppliers and sub-contractors accountable to our code and carry out audits to ensure compliance.
P.J. Salvage, a member of Delta Galil brands, maintains supply chain due diligence, with strict compliance in Human Trafficking and Forced Labor Laws, also known as Modern Slavery. This disclosure report details our compliance program and the steps we have taken to eradicate all forms of slavery from our supply chain.
